Welcome to Accustack 3D. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of 3D printed products and custom 3D printing services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

We offer two primary services:

Pre-Designed 3D Printed Products: Items available for purchase as shown on our website.
Custom 3D Printing Services: Tailored prints based on customer-submitted designs or collaboratively developed models.

All items are made to order and may vary slightly due to the nature of the 3D printing process.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase, including for custom orders.
For custom projects, additional charges may apply depending on material, complexity, and revisions.

4. Custom 3D Printing Orders

Customers submitting designs must own or have legal rights to the files submitted. We do not accept orders that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to reject any custom order for any reason, including content that is unlawful, offensive, or not feasible to print.
A digital proof or mockup may be provided before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details.
Once a custom order is approved and production has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–10 business days, depending on product complexity and workload.
Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $75 CAD. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments.
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of non-custom products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom 3D printed items are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged on arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including designs, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Accustack 3D and may not be used without permission.
Customers retain ownership of custom designs they provide but grant Accustack 3D a non-exclusive right to use the designs for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries or death arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
