30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and with all original packaging and tags).

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Certain items, such as final sale, digital products or personalized/custom items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page or contact us for clarification.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@accustack3d.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
