Shipping Policy

At Accustack 3D, some of our products are made-to-order using high-quality 3D printing and custom designs. Because some items are custom-created, processing times may vary, and we appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece.

Processing Times

Standard processing time is 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your order.
Larger or highly customized orders may take longer. You’ll receive an estimated timeline after your order is placed.

Shipping Within Canada

Free standard shipping Canada-wide is offered on all orders over $75 CAD (before tax and discounts).
Orders under $75 CAD will be charged a flat rate or carrier-calculated shipping at checkout.
Delivery time after shipping is typically 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship worldwide!

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight/size.
Delivery times vary by country, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
